We have the will to offer our customers the best prices in the market and for this purpose we carry out a deep study of the production costs for each product. The product must be new, of the same color, size and reference.

Shipping times

Cancellation and/or Refund
If you want to make a return, first check that you meet the following requirements:
The product must be in perfect condition.
Any exchange or return must be made within 7 calendar days of receipt of the shipment (the date of the delivery receipt will be used for the purpose of calculating the deadline) after notifying The Drinks Warehouse,
If the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return.
The beverage warehouse, will replace the goods in perfect condition or refund the customer the amount initially paid by the latter, after deducting shipping costs, if the reason for the return is unrelated to the quality of the product. In the same way the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer if the reason for the return is unrelated to the quality of the product.
Orders whose products have undergone any change and/or personalization directly on the product cannot be returned. Those who have undergone any change and/or indirect customization on the same, will be discounted only the proportional part of such change and/or customization. Provided that we have not made a mistake on our part, in which case we will replace the goods or pay the full amount.
